You are busy: the pressure is on. You may have a new position/new headcount or the keen need to find a replacement. You need to be assured that the search firm can understand the business and your particular needs and that your valuable (and to your employer: costly) time is not being unnecessarily used up. You have picked us to find candidates with the best fit… and as soon as possible. We do this most efficiently when we work closely with you from the outset, establishing what you expect from the new member of the team: revenue and other targets, reporting lines, geographical/product/client coverage, new business development, education of staff or junior team members, remuneration and so forth. You should discuss with us your expectations of the conduct of the search and we should agree time-lines and the suitable breadth of the search.
